摘要
研究在棉花不同的生育期喷施不同浓度的DPC对棉花养分的流向、流量和产量的影响,结果表明:DPC有调控养分向根和繁育器官流动,减少茎叶中养分含量促进早熟的效果。DPC调控的量必须合适,量少达不到化控的效果,量过大反而抑制养分向繁育器官的流动。在中等肥力、密度为22.05×104株·hm-2条件下,DPC化控总用量135g·hm-2,分别在蕾期、开花期和盛花期3次进行,浓度分别为33.3,55.0,66.7g·L-1,效果最佳。养分主要分布在繁育器官中,其中N,P主要分配在棉籽中,而K分配在铃壳中。
Different concentration of DPC spray on cotton’s leaf of different generation periods affects nutrition direction, quantity and production. Results show: DPC can control nutrition to root and propagation organ and reduced concentration of stem,leaf, and promoted early maturing results.DPC quantity must be suited,low quantity can’t achieve results. But high quantity restrict nutrition transfertion to propagation organ. On middle nutrient soil and 220.5 thousands plant hm -2 ,DPC quantity is 135g·hm -2 , select the period of squaring ,period of flower and thriving flower, select concentration is 33.3,50.0 and 66.7mg·L -1 . It’s best effect to absorb nutrition and to build production. The nutrition is main distribute in propagation organ. N and P distribute in cotton breed, K distribute in boll shell.
