摘要
油管腐蚀对油田开采产生严重影响,利用电化学阻抗谱和动电位扫描极化曲线研究了油管J55钢在油田水中的腐蚀行为。结果表明:J55钢在油田水中随腐蚀时间的增长腐蚀产物膜电阻增大,腐蚀电流密度减小,腐蚀速率减小;温度从35℃增加到75℃时,J55钢在油田水中的腐蚀速率增大,而温度继续增加至90℃时腐蚀速率减小,75℃时腐蚀速率最大。
Cailiao Baohu 2010,43('10),68~69(Ch).Corrosion behavior of J55 oil-tube steel in oilfield water was studied by measuring electrochemical impedance spectra and potentiodynamic polarization curves.It was found that the electric resistance of corroded product film increased with extending time of corrosion,while the corrosion current density and corrosion rate decreased therewith.When temperature was increased from 35 °C to 75 °C,the corrosion rate of J55 steel increased,and reached the maximum at 75 °C.When temperature was further increased to 90 T,the corrosion rate decreased.
