摘要
研究了通过冬季机械通风降温后用聚苯乙烯泡沫板覆盖的稻谷在储藏一年 内的粮温、品质和微生物区系的变化。结果表明，在强化管理的条件下，不经隔热改造的 普通房式仓，同样可以进行稻谷的自然低温储藏，并可获得良好的保鲜效果。
This article studied the changes of temperature, quality and microflora of the stored paddy in one year. The stored paddy was covered with polystyrcne foam board after chilled by mechanical ventilation in winter. The result showed that if management was enhanced, even without the reconstruction of thermal insulation wall of the common granary. the paddy can also be stored at natural low temperature and obtain good preservation effect. The technology is economical and practical.
