摘要
目的观察丹参注射液与低分子肝素联合应用对髋关节置换术后出血量的影响。方法将施行髋关节置换术后的180例患者随机分为A、B、C三组,每组60例。A组术后应用低分子肝素皮下注射;B组应用丹参注射液加入5%葡萄糖静滴;C组同时使用低分子肝素皮下注射及丹参注射液静滴。结果术后伤口引流量:A组(238.5±22.5)mL,B组(235.5±24.6)mL,C组(242.5±20.1)mL,3组对比,F=1.67,P=0.234,C组与A组比,q=2.41,P>0.05,C组与B组比,q=1.38,P>0.05,差异均无统计学意义。结论丹参注射液与低分子肝素联合使用,对术后伤口的出血量无明显的影响,两药联用预防人工髋关节置换术后深静脉血栓形成是安全的。
Objective To observe the effect of salvia injection combined with low molecular weight heparin （LMWH）on bleeding volume after hip replacement.Methods 180 patients underwent hip replacement were divided into three groups randomly,with each group of 60 patients.Group A was given LMWH by subcutaneous injection,Group B was givensalvia injection in 5% glucose injection by intravenous drip,and Group C was given LMWH and salvia injection by intravenous drip.Results The postoperative bleeding volume after operation in group A,B,and C was （238.5±22.5）ml, （235.5±24.6）ml, （242.5±20.1）ml,respectively,no significant difference was found among three groups （F=1.67,P=0.234）.Conclusion Combination of salvia injection and LMWH has no obvious effect on postoperative bleeding volume and can be safely used in the prevention of deep venous thrombosis after hip replacement.
