摘要
对几种生产工艺所制的成型5A 分子筛的正癸烷和正十四烷吸附性能进行了研究,测定了吸附水的等温线,计算求得了分子筛样品上水的初始吸附热。并对分子筛样品上分别预吸附2,6-二甲基毗啶、苯甲酸甲酯和α-十二烯后对正癸烷和正十四烷吸附性能的影响进行了研究。结果表明,含氮、含氧及烯烃等有机物质对5A 分子筛吸附正构烷烃有明显的影响,引起不同程度的中毒,使其在脱蜡过程中失活。发现正构烷烃在5A 分子筛中的滞留,引起分子筛孔道阻塞,正十四烷尤为显著,这也是脱蜡分子筛失活的主要原因之一。
The adsorption of n-decane and n-tetradecane on 5A zeolites produced bydifferent techniques were studied.The adsorption isotherms of water on thesamples were measured,and the initial adsorption heats were calculated.Itwas found that preadsorptions with 2,6-dimethyl pyridine,methyl benzoateand a-dodecene significantly affect the adsorbabilities of n-decane and n-tetra-decane on the samples and are poisonous to the zeolites.All these organic com-pounds have strong influence on the adsorption properties of the molecularsieves,the influence on the adsorption of n-C_(14) is greater than that on n-C_(10).The result of six successive adsorption/desorption of N-paraffins on molecularsieves showed that the n-paraffin molecules left over in the channels of zeo-lite have blocked the channels.This effect is much notable for n-C_(14) and isone of the reasons for the decay of zeolite activity on dewaxing.
