摘要
本文利用GC-IR、GC-MS等分析手段,分别测定了以直链辛烯-1、直链壬烯及三聚丙烯为原料与苯酚合成的辛基酚、壬基酚-1及壬基酚-2的组成和结构.发现以直链烯烃为原料所得烷基酚以邻位为主(约62%),而以三聚丙烯为原料所得壬基酚则以对位为主(约82%).
The composition and structure of octylphenols, nonylphenol-1 and nonylphenol-2 synthesized by alkylation of phenol with 1-octene, α-olefin (130~ 150℃ fraction) and propylene trimer respectively are identified by various spectral analyses including GC-IR, GC-MS, etc. It has been found that the alkyl phenols obtained from straight-chain olefins are mainly ortho-position substituted phenols (about 62%) while the nonylphenols obtained from propylene trimer are mainly para-position substitutes (about 82%).
