摘要
采用常压固定床流动反应装置,对氧化铝催化剂的苯胺气相甲基化性能进行了系统的研究.实验结果表明,在300℃、常压下,苯胺/甲醇摩尔比为1/3和液时空速为1.0h^(-1)时,γ-Al_2O_3(1)对N,N-二甲基苯胺的选择性为95.6%,苯胺转化率为99.5%.此结果表明该反应有工业应用前景.
Vapor phase alkylation of aniline with methanol over several aluminas for the synthesis of N, N-dimethylaniline was extensively studied, among which γ-A1_2O_3 (1) showed a N, N-dimethylaniline selectivity of 95.6% at a conversion level of 99.5% under the following conditions: aniline/methanol mole ratio,1/3; reaction temperature, 300℃; reaction pressure,atmospheric; liquid hourly space velocity(LHSV), 1.0h^(-1). The results indicate that this reaction has the prospect for commercial application.
