新疆乌尔禾稠油低温热转化的初步研究 被引量:2

摘要 本文考察了新疆乌尔禾区重1井稠油在350~390℃下,转化深度在深度因素R/CCR_f=12~6之间(R为热转化渣油的收率,CCR_f为稠油的残炭值)的热转化情况.热转化渣油的四组分组成、结构参数及馏出物的变化情况表明:在本研究范围内,乌尔禾稠油及其热转化渣油主要起裂化反应,缩合反应进行得较少.结构参数的分析还表明,芳烃在反应中芳核的变化不大,其主要反应是侧链的断裂反应;胶质则发生单元片之间的断裂、烷基侧链的断裂和缩合等反应. 在上述基础上,提出了乌尔禾稠油低温(390℃)模拟连续热转化过程.实验结果表明,该过程在反应系统不结焦的情况下,其液体总收率可达82.8%;90%以上的重金属,15%的硫及23%的氮集中在固体产物沉渣中;所得蜡油可作为催化裂化或加氢裂化的原料. Thermal cracking of XingJiang Wuerhe heavy crude was studied at 350~ 390℃ and 6.0~12.0 severity factor (R/CCR_f, where R is the yield of cracked residue and CCR_f is the Conradson Carbon Residue of the feedstock Wuerhe heavy crude).The determination of average molecular structural parameters and the analysis of cracked residue showed that the dominating reaction is cracking with little polymerization taken place. For aromatics, there is no significant change in aromatic rings and the main reaction is cleavage of side chains. For resins, the cracking occurs between 'unit layers' with cleavage of aliphatic side chains and polymerization. Based on this study, a low temperature (390℃) continuous thermal cracking process for Wuerhe heavy crude with a total liquid yield up to 82.8% is proposed. 90% of heavy metals, 15% of sulfur and 23% of nitrogen in the heavy crude are concentrated in the solid product (benzene insoluble sediment); the vacuum gas oil can be used as the feedstock for catalytic cracking or hydrocracking.
