摘要
应用溶血性试验、抗D-甘露糖微量血凝试验(MRMH)、玻板凝集、体外细胞粘附试验、透射电镜和兔肠结扎试验,首次对大肠杆菌贵州分离株的生物学特性进行了全面研究。结果表明,该细菌是一株血清型为O60∶K88、不溶血、产肠毒素的大肠杆菌;其所产K88菌毛抗原,在电镜下呈纤细短小、密布于细菌表面,能介导细菌粘附于仔猪离体肠上皮细胞,使细菌能凝集豚鼠和鸡的红细胞,其凝集作用不被D-甘露糖抑制。
Some characteristics of an Escherichia coli Guizhou-strain were extensively studied by employing haemolytic assay, mannose-resistance microhaemoagglutination(MRMH), slide agglutination, cell adhesion test in-vitro, transmission electron microscopy and adult rabbit ligated ileum loop assay. The results showed that this bacterium was a strain of O 66 ∶K 88 serotype and non-haemolysis and could produce heat-labile enterotoxin; the K 88 fimbriae antigen expressed by it gave a form of thin and shorter than flagellum and densely covered the cell when observed in electron microscope; this type of fimbriae can lead cells to adhere in vitro to the enteroepithelia of piglets and to agglutinate the haemacyte of chickens and guineas.
