成都社区中老年高血压前期人群血尿酸测定及相关因素研究 被引量:5

Determination of serum uric acid and study of its related risk factors among middle-aged and senile people with prehypertension in Chengdu communities

摘要 目的了解血尿酸(UA)在中老年高血压前期(120~139/80~89mmHg)不同性别人群中的变化,探讨血UA与相关因素的关系。方法利用成都地区慢性病防治项目的现况调查资料,分析≥40岁中老年人群的资料,其中高血压前期人群1880例,正常血压者1395例为对照组,分别比较两组人群及不同性别的血UA水平,利用Logistic回归分析高血压前期人群血UA水平与收缩压、舒张压、体重指数及腰臀比的相关性。结果在女性,高血压前期人群血UA水平和高尿酸血症患病率显著高于对照组(P<0.01);而在男性没有显著差异(P>0.05)。Logistic回归分析显示,血UA水平与收缩压、舒张压、体重指数及腰臀比均呈正相关(P<0.05)。结论中老年高血压前期女性血UA及高尿酸的患病率升高显著,而男性不明显,高血压前期组血UA水平及高尿酸血症患病率升高是由于女性组的差异引起。血压、体重指数,尤其是腰臀比与中老年高血压前期的血UA水平密切相关。 Objective To study serum uric acid (UA) levels among the different gender of middle - aged and senile people with prehypertension( 120 - 139/80 - 89 mmHg) , and to investigate the relationship between UA and its associated factors. Methods Through a cross - sectional population - based survey for chronic diseases in Chengdu in 2008, the data of 3275 community - dwelling individuals ≥ 40 years old were obtained. Among them, 1880 individuals with prehypertension were selected as experimental group, while 1395 ones with normal blood pressure were selected as control group. Serum UA levels between males and females in the two groups were measured. Logistic regression was used to analysis the correlations between serum UA level and blood pressure,body mass index(BMI) , waist - hip ratio (WHR). Results The female UA level and prevalence of hyperuricemia were significantly higher in prehypertension group than those in control group( P 〈 0.01 ), but these difference were not found in males between the two groups(P 〉 0.05 ). Logistic regression analysis showed that all of systolic pressure, diastolic pressure, BMI and WHR were positively correlated with UA level( P 〈 0.05 ). Conclusion Serum UA level and hyperuricemia prevalence increased significantly in middle - aged and senile women with prehypertension, while these findings are not obvious in male ones. Therefore, increasing UA level and hyperuricemia prevalence in prehypertension group may be caused by the different gender. Blood pressure, BMI and especially WHR are closely cmTelated with serum UA level.
