INVESTIGATION ON CRYSTAL STRUCTURE OF PARAFFIN WAX IN SHENYANG CRUDE OIL

摘要 现代晶体学认为石蜡是非晶体物质。但石蜡分子能在较小的范围内保持着短程有序排列,并且具有晶体学中所谓的类质同晶的特性。石蜡分子的这种特征,不仅影响石蜡的生产过程,而且影响石蜡的应用性能。本文以大庆原油和大港原油含蜡馏分油中石蜡的晶体结构为参照系统,较为深入地剖析了以沈阳原油为代表的链烷基高蜡原油含蜡馏分油中石蜡晶体结构的特征,并据此对如何加工链烷基高蜡原油的含蜡油生产石蜡提出了可行的建议。 According to modern crystallography, paraffin wax belongs in the category of non-crystalline material. However, paraffin wax molecules could keep shortrange regular arrangement and possess the properties of so-called isomorphism in crystallography. These characteristics of paraffin wax influence not only its production process but also its application.In this paper, by taking the crystal structure of paraffin wax in Daqing and Dagang crude oils as references, the crystal structure characteristics of paraffin wax in the waxy distillate of highly paraffinic crude oil as represented by Shenyang crude are extensively studied. Based on which, suggestions for proper processing of waxy distillate of highly paraffinic crude oil for the manufacture of wax are given.
