丁烯齐聚反应——阳离子交换树脂催化体系

OLIGOMERIZATION OF BUTENE——CATIONIC OLIGOMERIZATION CATALYZED BY SULFONATED POLYSTYRENE RESINS

摘要 本文以大孔聚苯乙烯磺酸树脂为催化剂进行1-丁烯、2-丁烯齐聚反应;齐聚产物主要是各种C_8烯烃。用色质谱确定了C_8烯烃加氢反应后的产物组成,主要组分为3,4-二甲基己烷。考察了树脂磺化指数、反应温度、反应时间、极性添加物及树脂使用次数等因素对丁烯转化率及齐聚产物组成的影响。对反应机理进行了初步探讨。 The oligomerization of 1-butene and 2-butene catalyzed by large pore sulfonated polystyrene resins was conducted in a 200ml stainless steel autoclave. The main oligomerization products are C_8 alkenes which, after hydrogenation, were identified by GC-Mass spectroscopy. The predominant hydrogenated component is 3, 4-dimethylhexane. The effect of number of sulfonic acid groups per benzene ring of the resin, reaction temperature, reaction time and the frequency of use of a given resin catalyst were studied. A reaction mechanism of cationic dimerization was proposed based on experimental data.
