应用质型多角体病毒防治赤松毛虫

摘要 质型多角体病毒(CytoplasmicpolyhedrosisVirus,简称CPV)感染赤松毛虫幼虫后,幼虫死亡率随感染龄期的增大而减小,随处理剂量的增加而增大;老熟幼虫感病后死亡率低,但幼虫化蛹死亡率高达533%.羽化率仅为251%~275%,成虫产卵量比未带毒成虫产卵量减少409%,部分成虫甚至不产卵,卵孵化率较对照低10~20个百分点,且子代幼虫带毒率高达611%,死亡率达498%.CPV与Bt混用,可迅速降低幼虫的取食量,处理后第5天幼虫的排粪量约为单用CPV的1/2~2/3,LT50值最大差36d,LT90值最大差69d. After the larva of Dendrolimus spectabilis Butler was infected by Cytoplasmic polyhedrosis Virus(CPV),the mortality of larva decreased with increase of infection period,increased with the increase of the dosage of treatment.The mortality of latematuring larva was low after infection,but after the larva changed into pupa,the mortality was as high as 533% while the eclosion ratio was about 251%275%.The amount of oviposit of adult decreased 409% than those of uninfected ones,some of the adult even did not lay eggs.The hatching ratio decreased 1020 percentage the normal,while the ratio of filial larva carrying virus was as high as 611% and the mortality was 498%.Applying CPV and Bt together could decrease rapidly the eating amount of larva and increase the effect of insecticide.Compared with using CPV alone,the excreta amount of larva was about 1/22/3 five days after treatment.The value of LT50 differed at most 36 days and LT90 differed at most 69 days.
