摘要
介绍一种钾石盐热溶装置。该设备由筒体、夹套加热套筒、蒸汽加热盘管、推进及折叶式搅拌浆、中心导流筒、减速机、词频电机组成；结构简单，能耗低，制造费用低；使用该设备加工含钾5％～10％的高钠低钾矿，可得到纯度95％以上的氯化钾产品。
A device for hot melting sylvite is introduced. The device consists of barrel jacket heating muff, heating coll by steam, pusher and hinge stirrer, centre guide cylinder, reduction gears, frequency modulation motor, having characteristic of simple structure, low energy consumption and low cost for manufacture. Potash containing high sodium and low potassium（K 5% - 10% ） is processed by the device, as a result, potassium chloride product containing K 95 % can be gained.
