摘要
碳还原法生产的碳酸锶产品总硫质量分数普遍偏高,研究表明总硫质量分数偏高主要由焙烧熟料高温水浸取过程产生的单质硫引起。试验采用复配组合的处理剂使水不溶性单质硫转化为可溶性盐类,经固液分离、洗涤即可达到降低硫质量分数的目的。
The high content of sulfur in strontium carbonate made from carbon reducing process is a prevalent problem, experiments indicate that the elemental sulfur produced in the boiling water leaching and carbonation processes is the main reason. The research introduced a method of transforming insoluble sulfur into some kinds of soluble salts by using combined treated reagents. After treated by the technology, the quality of strontium carbonate is extremely excellent.
