摘要
目的总结支气管肺囊肿的诊断和治疗体会。方法回顾性分析23例支气管肺囊肿患者经外科治疗临床资料。23例患者男15例,女8例,年龄11 65岁。单肺叶切除16例,双肺叶切除2例,左全肺和右全肺切除各2例,囊肿切除1例。结果手术均顺利成功,无死亡。术后平均住院时间14 d。术后无明显并发症。术后随访7个月13个月,恢复良好,无复发。结论支气管肺囊肿经手术治疗疗效肯定,一旦明确诊断,应尽早手术。
Objective To summarize the experience of diagnosis and treatment of bronchopulmonary cyst.Methods The clinical data of 23 patients with bronchopulmonary cyst were analyzed retrospectively.Fifteen patients were males and 8 were females.The patients were aged from 11 to 65 years old.Single pulmonary lobectomy were performed for 16 patients,double pulmonary lobectomy for 2,left lung resection for 2,right lung resection for 2 and cyst resection for 1.Results All the operations were successful and no patient died.The average hospital stay was 14 days.There was no obvious complication.The patients were followed up for 7 to 13 months,but no recurrence was found.Conclusion The surgical treatment of bronchopulmonary cyst is effective.The operation should be performed once the diagnosis is confirmed.
