摘要
目的探讨肝内胆管结石的治疗办法。方法对2003-2009年收治的75例肝内胆管结石病例均进行了不同部位的肝叶切除,术中均使用了胆道镜,术后配合碎石、取石、中药排石等综合治疗。结果 75例肝内胆管结石均去除了病灶,结石取出较彻底,术后恢复较好。结论肝内胆管结石必须采取恰当的肝叶切除术去除病灶,再配合多种方法才可以取得满意效果,减少结石复发。
Objective To explore the treatment of hepatolithiasis.Methods The different part liver resections were performed for 75 cases of hepatolithiasis from 2003 to 2009.Choledochoscope was used during the operation.The removal of calculus of intrahepatic duct was conducted by several methods,including traditional Chinese medicine method after the operation.Results The hepatolithiasis lesions of the 75 cases were removed,stones were taken out thoroughly and the recurrences were reduced.Conclusion Appropriate hepatolobectomy should be taken for hepatolithiasis patients to remove lesions,which should be combined with other treatments to reduce the recurrence.
