摘要
在上篇论文对住区现状及居民意愿的调查结果的基础上,本篇通过具体的案例分析重点探讨城市中心型住区、城区型住区及城市边缘型住区的再生基本模式与相应的规划手法。此外还探讨了提升既有住宅性能的再生手法。
Based on the analysis of the present status of housing estates and the dwellers consciousness for rehabilitation in the previous paper,this paper aims at presenting three types of rehabilitation patterns and planning methodologies which are suited to the locations of housing estates through case studies.A list of suggested techniques that can be used to improve the performance of existing dwellings is also discussed lastly.
