摘要
绿色社区是提高居民人居环境水平、引导低碳生活方式的重要空间模式,因此受到国内外绿色评估体系的重视。通过对国内外三大评估体系中的绿色社区相关指标的综合分析与解读,研究了目前世界上对绿色社区评估的主要关注点,并对其中所给予的启示和我国在绿色社区评估上的发展方向进行了研究。
Green community is paid attention by green building assessment systems inside and outside China, because it is an important approach of enhancing human settlement level and introducing low-carbon life style. This paper analyzes and studies the relevant indexes of green community in three assessment systems, and focuses on green community assessment in the world. Then the authors explore its inspiration on China＇s green community verification.
