摘要
日本是亚洲较早开展绿地系统规划的发达国家之一。通过研究日本的规划特点和优秀案例,为我国提供借鉴与参考。围绕现状调查、分析评价两方面展开:日本规划的现状调查不仅注重整体绿地的空间分布和历史演变,而且注重市民的意识调查;分析评价强调从绿地的4大主要功能——环境保护、游憩、防灾、景观塑造出发,进而综合叠加。分析评价的成果是规划构思的基础,并指导了4大主要层面的规划布局思路。
Japan is the developed country which carries out green space master planning early in Asia. Through studying Japanese planning feature and its outstanding cases, this paper provides the reference for green space master planning in China. The first paper discusses two parts including the present situation investigation and evaluation. During the present situation investigation stage, Japanese planning stresses not only to make out spatial distribution and historical evolution of green space, but also to survey the citizens＇ consciousness. During the evaluation stage, planning is carried out from four main dimensions liking environmental protection, recreational function, disaster prevention and landscape forming, and then overlaps the results. The fruit of evaluation is the foundation of planning ideas, and offers the layout principles in four main dimensions.
