摘要
近年来，由于能源和环境污染问题日益突出．迫使各国纷纷采取措施降低车用发动机油耗和排放，通过降低发动机排量，采用可变气门正时、改变压缩比、多气门技术、稀燃技术、直喷式燃烧系统、催化反应器等先进技术来适应日益严格的法规要求。我国汽车排放问题也十分严重，本文对此提出了自己的观点和相应的对策。
Due to more and more severe pressure of enerny stringency and environment pollution in late years, measaresfor reducing car engine fuel consumption and emission are taken by many nations one after another in the world. Advancedtechnics are used to meet the strict regulation requirements such as changing compression retio, reducing engine displacement, adopting changable valve timing, multi-valve and lean fuel-air mixture technology, direct injection combustion andcatalyst reactor etc. As automotive emission is also a serious problem in China the autheors put forward their own idea andcorresponding strategy
