聚醚用于混合办公废纸浮选法脱墨初探

摘要 针对混合办公废纸印刷油墨和印刷方法的特点,选用对油墨具有较强剥离性和捕集性的脂肪醇聚氧乙烯醚、脂肪酸甲酯乙氧基化物(EFME)和脂肪醇类聚氧乙烯聚氧丙烯嵌段聚醚(EO/PO/EO,PO/EO/PO)等表面活性剂,辅以煤油和高碳醇等收捕剂,通过复配优选,得到一种高效环保型办公废纸脱墨剂,它具有浮选白度高、残余油墨点少、泡沫适中等特点,可广泛应用于混合办公废纸浮选法脱墨。 Based on the characteristics of printing inks and printing methods of mixed office waste paper, fatty alcohol polyoxyethylene ether, fatty acid methyl ester ethoxylate (EFME) and fatty alcohol type polyoxyethylene polyoxypropylene block polyether(EO/PO/EO,PO/EO/PO) surface-active agents, which have strong stripping and trapping capacity to ink, were used to cooperate with collecting agents, such as kerosene and high-carbon alcohol agents. Through investigating the compatibility and deinking performance, an efficient environment-friendly office waste paper deinking agent has been developed. It can be widely used in flotation deinking of mixed office waste paper. The deinked pulp has higher flotation brightness and fewer residual ink spots, while the flotation has moderate foam.
