摘要
该文基于纸机湿部控制溶解与胶体物质的重要性,论述了开发淀粉基固着剂的由来,就高阳离子度淀粉(HCS)特别是低相对分子质量高阳离子度淀粉(LHCS)的开发过程、应用性能及作用机理等方面概述了国内的研究状况,并就今后的研究开发方向及中试生产提出了建议。
Triggered by the importance of controlling dissolved and colloidal substances in the wet-end of papermaking processes, the reason why starch-based fixing agents have been developed was first introduced in this paper, and then the situations of developing highly cationic starches, especially low-molecular-weight highly cationic starches, together with their performances during application, and their possible functioning mechanisms were summarized. Finally, the paper gave out some advises on the future research and development on such starches, as well as on the related scaled-up pilot production and mill applications.
