摘要
目的总结应用ilizarov外固定架骨延长方法治疗gustiloⅢB型胫骨骨折的经验。方法自2008年3月-2010年1月对9例GustiloⅢB型胫骨骨折实施一期骨延长术。结果患者随访半年到2年证实均取得良好愈合，无骨髓炎发生。结论ilizarov外固定器一期骨延长术治疗GustiloⅢB型骨折固定可靠，愈合率高，骨髓炎发生率低。
Objective To explore the clinical efficacy of bone lengthening for Gustilo grade ⅢB-type open fracture of tibia. Methods From 2008-3 to 2010-1, 9 cases were treated with bone lengthening Results All fractures healed well with our 6-24 months＇s following up.Conclusions. Using the Ilizarov external skeletal fixation to bone lenthening for Gustilo grade ⅢB-type open fracture of tibia is a stable, dependable technique, and can get higher healing chances and lower bone infecting chances.
