摘要
目的探讨用不同材方法，对宫颈脱落细胞检查率的影响。方法用细胞刷角板双向取材宫颈鳞一柱交界处脱落细胞167例。比较两组宫颈鳞状上皮细胞，柱状上皮细胞，异形细胞的检查率。结果用细胞刷取材“宫颈脱落细胞检查率高于角板取材。结论用细胞刷取材优于角板取材。
Objective To evaluate the optimal sampling procedures for cytological specimens of the cervix through between cytology brush way and angle plate way. Methods： Cervical specimens＇ east-off cells from 215 outpatients were obtained from the No.2 People＇ s hospital of Yibin. All of these samples were drew materials through both two-way angle plate way and cytology brush. The detectionratesofsquamouseells, eolumnar epithelial cells and heterocyst were eompared between the ways. Results. The positive rates of cytology brush way is more than that of angle plate way.Conclusions： To draw materials of cervical specimens＇ cast-off cells, the cytology brush way is b better than the angle plate way.
