摘要
目的探讨超声诊断小儿急腹症的应用价值。方法与结果总结分析188例经临床及手术证实的小儿急腹症超声诊断结果，正确诊断率91．08％。在小儿肠套叠、胆总管囊肿及肝脾破裂等病症中正确诊断率分别为91．7％，91.67％，91．30％。结论超声诊断在小儿急腹症诊断中占有重要的地位。
Objective To investigate the value of ultrasound in the diagnosis of acute abdomen in children.Methods and Result We analyzed 188 cases of children patients with acute abdomen determineted by clinical examination and operation.The overall accurate rate is 90.57%.In custususception choledochocele, and rupture of liver and spleen, the accurate rate is 91.7%, 91.67%and91.30%, respectively.Conclusions Uldrasound is an ideal method for the diagnosis of acute abdomen in children.
