摘要
目的探讨纤维蛋白原(fibrinogen,FIB)与支架内再狭窄的相关性。方法选择2007年8月~2009年12月曾在我院植入火鸟支架(firebird各型药物支架,上海微创公司生产)并于3~12个月内完成了冠脉造影复查的64例患者为研究对象,根据有无支架内再狭窄分为再狭窄组(n=13)和无再狭窄组(n=51)。术前检测血清FIB、甘油三酯(tfiglycende,TG)、总胆固醇(total cholesterol,TC)、高密度脂蛋白酯(high density lipoprotein cholesterol,HDL—c)、低密度脂蛋白酯(low—density lipoprotein cholesterol,LDL—c)、载脂蛋白A1(apolipoprotein A1,ApoA1)、载脂蛋白B(apolipoprotein B.ApoB)。比较FIB在两组间有无差异。并且对FIB与再狭窄进行偏相关分析及多元逐步回归分析。结果1.FIB在术后支架内再狭窄组明显高于无再狭窄组(P〈0.001)。2.多元线性回归分析发现,FIB与再狭窄的相关性是除TC外的第二个最强指标(p〈0.001)。结论FIB与支架内再狭窄相关。
Objectives: To explores the relationship between serum fibrinogen (FIB) and in-stent restenosis by using coronary angiography and measuring the serum FIB .Methods: In the study 64 patients with CHD and implanting stent were selected in the department of cardiology in affliatted hospital from August, 2007 to December , 2009.After admission all candidates underwent coronary angiography and their serum FIB were determined. According to the result of coronary angiography all the subjects were divided into 2 groups: in-stent restenosis group (n=13) and no in-stent restenosis group (n=51) . the study also shows the intensity of the dependability by multivariate regression .Results: 1 The levels of serum FIB in ISR group is higher than that in no in-stent restenosis (ISR) group. 2 The multivariate regression analysis showed that the serum FIB is correlated with CSS , the amount of stenosis vessel and ISR. Conclusions: The levels of FIB is related to ISR.
