摘要
近几年,世界灾害的频发,使各国对防灾减灾工程高度重视,对城市中的避难空间的研究成为一个迫切的课题。山西省忻州市对城市避难空间与绿地协调建设的问题进行了初步探讨,提出要充分挖掘城市绿地的各方面资源,进行统筹的避难空间专项建设规划,同时要注重避难空间的其他服务功能的开发,达到综合防灾减灾的作用,为我国提供了避难空间建设的一种思路。
Occurrence of disasters around the world makes disaster prevention an imperative issue. Relative research is still rare in China. The paper studies the coordination of disaster prevention and public green space, and suggests a comprehensive usage of both the green space and disaster prevention space.
