摘要
我国目前正处于经济发展方式转型阶段,适度发展县域重点小城镇,是缓解"三农"问题、推动农村工业化和现代化进程、实现城乡和谐互动的现实选择。山西省小城镇的发展贯彻效益优先、兼顾公平的原则,采取"突出重点、兼顾一般、扶持特殊"的小城镇发展战略,并通过注重规划先行、增强发展动力、提高承载能力、突出发展重点、强化分类指导、深化制度创新等策略推动小城镇的健康发展。
Intermediate and small cities play an important rote in China＇s urban and economic transition. Shanxi small cities development stresses efficiency and fairness, and adopts a comprehensive development strategy. It stresses planning, momentum, carrying capacity, and institutional innovation strategies to promote small cities healthy development.
