摘要
目前很多应用程序允许用户从Windows窗口中拖拽文件到应用程序窗体中，进行显示（图片、视音频文件等）。在vista和Win7系统中，当用户以administrator权限启动应用程序时，我们发现文件拖拽的操作被禁止了，用户无法将文件拖拽到应用程序的窗体中。该文从两个方面阐述了如何解决高权限下的拖拽问题，一是通过修改注册表，二是在代码中解决。
At present many Apps allow user to drag and drop files from Windows to application to display （pictures, Video and Audio files, etc.）. In Vista and Win7 system, when user runs application as administrator, we found that the drag and drop operation is prohibited, so user can not drag and drop files to the window of application. This document describes how to solve the problem of drag and drop with high authority in two ways, one way is by modifying registry, and the other way is by coding.
