摘要
目的探讨灵芝孢子粉对肺癌模型小鼠腹腔巨噬细胞(MΦ)吞噬功能和血清IL-2的影响。方法将昆明种小鼠40只,随机分为4组。正常对照组用0.4 mL NS灌胃,模型组于造模后第一天用0.4 mL NS灌胃,灵芝孢子粉大、小剂量组于造模后第1 d起分别用浓度为100%和50%的灵芝孢子粉0.4 mL灌胃。1次/d,连续灌胃14 d后测定小鼠腹腔MΦ吞噬活性、血清IL-2水平和抑瘤效应。结果灵芝孢子粉可使肺癌小鼠腹腔MΦ吞噬功能及血清IL-2水平明显增强(P<0.01),并明显提高抑瘤率。结论灵芝孢子粉能明显提高肺癌小鼠的抗肿瘤免疫水平,对肺癌具有一定的抑制作用。
Objective To investigate the effects of ganaderma lucidium spore powder on the phagocytic function of lung cancer mice＇s abdominal macrophage and serum IL - 2. Methods 40 Kunming mice were randomly divided into 4 groups. The normal control group was given gastric perfusion with 0.4mLNS, the model group was given gastric perfusion with 0.4 mLNS the first day after modeling, high and low dosage of ganaderma lucidium spore powder groups were given gastric perfusion with 0.4 mL 100 % and 50 % ganaderma lucidium spore powder the first day after modeling. Once a day for 14 continuous days. The phagocytic activity, serum IL-2 level and cancer inhibitory effect were determined. Results Ganaderma lucidium spore powder could significantly improve the phagocytic function of lung cancer mice＇s abdominal macrophage and serum IL -2 level （ P 〈 0.01 ）, and could obviously improve the tumor inhibitory rate. Conclusion Ganaderma lucidium spore powder can significantly improve the anticancer immune function of the mice with lung cancer, and has certain inhibitory effect for lung cancer.
