摘要
综述了印刷电子学的发展及趋势,着重介绍了喷墨打印技术的新进展及其在印制电路板(PCB)和嵌入式无源元件中的应用,指出了目前印刷电子产品生产过程中尚待解决的问题,预测印刷电子电路(PEC)将是印刷电子学的未来发展方向。
The development of printed electronics is reviewed and new trends in printed electronics are described.Briefings on new progress in ink-jet technology and applications of ink-jet printing on printed circuit board（PCB） and embedded passives are also given.Some problems existing in the production of printed electronic products are pointed out.It may be expected that printed electronic circuits（PEC） become the future printed electronics.
