摘要
食品冷藏链主要面向食品工业等领域,与人民的生活直接相联系,包括生产加工、食品贮藏、流通运输和销售四个环节。本文主要介绍了各环节的特点并分析了它们的耗能情况,通过分析国内外的食品冷藏链的节能现状,概括的介绍了我们现阶段冷藏链各个环节的节能技术。
Food cold chain which including four steps of production and processing, food storage, distribution and transportation, saling and consumption,main oriented for the food industry and other areas, and directly related to people's lives. This paper introduces the characteristics and analysis energy consumption situation of the four steps. By analyzing domestic and overseas energy-saving status of the food cold chain, summarizes the energy-saving technology in each step of the cold chain at present.
