高职院校酒店管理专业实习生的管理问题研究

摘要 实践教学是检验高职院校酒店专业教育成败与否的关键因素,本文从酒店、学校和学生等角度出发,根据酒店管理专业实习的重要性,酒店实习生的优劣表现,提出加强酒店管理专业实习生实习质量的有效办法。
