摘要
目的:研究清风胶囊的镇痛作用。方法:采用小鼠醋酸扭体法、小鼠热板法等镇痛试验方法,研究清风胶囊的镇痛作用。结果:低、中、高三剂量清风胶囊(1.0,2.0,4.0 g/kg,ig)单次给药有不同程度的镇痛作用。在本实验所用剂量范围内,清风胶囊的镇痛作用随剂量加大而加强,镇痛作用维持时间在2h以上。结论:清风胶囊具有一定的镇痛作用,并呈现一定的量效关系。
Objective： to study the abirritative function of Qingfeng Capsule.Method： to study the abirritative function of Qingfeng Capsule by abirritative experiment methods of Hot-plate and Acetic Acid Twisting.Results： three doses（under-dose 1.0,middle-dose 2.0,upper-dose 4.0） of Qingfeng Capsule separate given show different degree of abirritative function.Within the dose adopted in this experiment,the abirritative function is enhanced with the increase of the dose,abirritative function can be kept above 2 hours.Conclusion： Qingfeng Capsule has a function of abirritation,and shows a relation between dose and efficiency.
