摘要
目的：建立抗菌消炎胶囊中黄芩苷的HPLC测定方法。方法：色谱柱为VP-ODS（250mm×4.6mm,5μm）;甲醇-水-磷酸（45：55：0.1）为流动相,流速1.0m l/min,检测波长280nm。结果：抗菌消炎胶囊中黄芩苷在0.05-0.35μg范围内呈良好的线性关系,r=0.9993。平均回收率为98.94%,RSD为1.1%（n=5）。结论：该方法简便,快速,准确,可用于该制剂的质量控制。
Objective To establish a HPLC method for the determination of baicailin in Kangjunxiaoyan Capsules.Method： Using VP-ODS C18 Column（250mm×4.6mm,5μm）,moving phase：methanol-wanter-phosphoric acid（45：55：0.1）;the detective wavelength was 280nm,and the flow rate was 1.0ml·min-1.Results：The method had good liner relationship within the range of 0.05～0.35μg（r=0.9993）.The average recoveries of baicailin was 98.94%,RSD of baicailin was 1.1%（n=5）.Conclusion：The method is simple,rapid and accurate,suitable for the quality control of this preparation.
