兰州市蔬菜基地蔬菜体内Cr污染及累积效应的研究 被引量:2

Research on Cr Pollution and its Cumulative Mechanics in Vegetables in Vegetable Base of Lanzhou City

摘要 通过对兰州市蔬菜基地蔬菜体内Cr含量进行测定分析,结果表明,同一区域土豆、西红柿、茄子、辣椒、豆角、白菜和大葱体内Cr含量之间表现出极显著差异;兰州市蔬菜基地大葱体内Cr含量显著高于其它蔬菜体内Cr含量,西红柿体内Cr含量最低。不同区域相同西红柿、茄子、豆角、白菜和大葱体内Cr含量之间表现出显著差异,土豆和辣椒体内Cr含量之间没有表现出差异;兰州市安宁区蔬菜基地蔬菜体内Cr含量显著高于其它各区蔬菜基地蔬菜体内Cr含量,西固区蔬菜基地蔬菜体内Cr含量最低。蔬菜体内Cr含量与土壤Cr含量呈显著正相关性。此次测定兰州市蔬菜基地土壤和蔬菜体内Cr含量,旨在为无公害蔬菜基地建设和重金属元素污染控制提供指导依据。 Analyzing the Cr contents of vegetables in vegetable base of Lanzhou City showed that Cr contents of potato,tomato,eggplant,capsicum,green bean,cabbage,and chive in vegetable base of Lanzhou City were significantly different.Overall,the Cr content of chive was significantly higher than those of other vegetables,and that of tomato was the lowest.The Cr contents of the same tomato,eggplant,green bean,cabbage,and chive between different regions showed significant differences,the Cr contents of the potato and capsicum between different regions didn't show differences.Overall,the Cr content of Anning district was significantly higher than those of other districts,and that of Xigu district was the lowest.The Cr contents of vegetables and soil were positively correlated.Analysis of the Cr content of vegetables and soil in vegetable bases of Lanzhou City aimed to provide guidance for pollution-free vegetable base construction and make heavy metal elements pollution under control.
