The Effect of Carbonized Corncob on the Quantity of Micro-organisms and Enzyme Activities in the Soil Amended with Phenolic Acids

摘要 研究不同比例碳化玉米芯对含有外源酚酸物质土壤的微生物及酶活性影响。对含有苯甲酸的土壤进行细菌、真菌以及土壤脲酶和过氧化氢酶活性的测定。结果表明:添加碳化玉米芯后增加了含有酚酸物质土壤中细菌的数量,真菌的数量减少,B/F值增加。抑制了土壤中脲酶的活性,促进了过氧化氢酶的活性。碳化玉米芯吸附土壤中的酚酸物质,从而影响土壤中微生物数量变化和酶的活性。 We investigated the effects of carbonized corncob in different proportions on the quantity of soil micro-organisms and enzyme activities in the soil amended with phenolic acids.The benzoic acid was added into the soil treated with different proportions of corncob.We measured the quantity of soil bacteria and fungi,as well as the activities of soil urase and hydrogen peroxidase.The results obtained are listed as follows.The quantity of soil bacteria was increased.The quantity of soil fungi was decreased.The ratios of B/F were decreased.Urase activities were higher and hydrogen peroxidase activities were lower than those of control.The changes of the quantity of micro-organism and the activities of the enzyme were due to the carbonized corncob adsorbing phenolic acids in the soil.
