根据扬声器装配生产线的工艺过程和控制要求 ,采用SA 2 0型可编程序控制器进行控制。其硬件配置包括行程 (限位 )开关、光电开关、电磁阀、电动机等电气设备 ,采用的阶段图在顺序和步进控制方面有独特的功能。运行表明 ,该系统工作可靠 ,性能良好。
According to the technological process and control requirements of the production line for loudspea ker, an SA 20 programmable logical controller was applied. The hardware of this system includes some electric equipment such as limit switches, light switches, electromagnetic switches and motors. The stage diagram has some special functions in the sequence and step by step control. This control system proves its high reliability and good performance.
