摘要 提出了满足分相、分级、快速补偿要求的实用主电路,能有效地限制合闸涌流,抑制高次谐波。给出了以工业PC机为核心的控制器的硬件电路、快速检测无功的方法、晶闸管触发信号的控制要求,以及补偿装置的闭锁条件,解决了控制器应满足实时检测、快速响应和高可靠性等实际问题。详细说明了这种新型补偿装置的主电路、消除合闸时暂态过程的理论和方法,给出了实验结果。结果表明,这种装置在理论上是正确的,实践上是可行的,已用于研制的补偿装置。 Dynamic phase splitting compensation is the developing direction of reactive power compensation on the spot in low voltage distribution network. In this paper a practical main circuit is presented which can meet the need of phase splitting, grading and fast compensation. This circuit can effectively suppress either the surge current at the instant of switching on the capacitors or the higher harmonics. The hardware of circuit of the controller based on industrial computer, the method of rapid measurement of reactive power, the control requirements on trigger pulse of thyristor and the shutoff conditions of the compensator are given. The practical problems, such as real time detection, fast response and high reliability, have been solved. The main circuit of the new style device and the theory of removing the effect of transient process at the instant of switching are illuminated and the result of experimentation is given. The result shows that this device is theoretically correct and feasible in practice. This device is used in the compensator developed by the authors. The method proposed in this paper can be used in high voltage reactive power compensation in principle.
