摘要
土地报酬递减规律，就是指在一定土地面积上进行投入，最初随着投入的增加，报酬也随之增加，到达一定限度以后，报酬达到最大值，超过这一限度，报酬随投入的增加而减少，这一规律对城市化有着重要的影响。
The land law of diminishing returns is that in a certain area of land on the investment, initially with the increase of input, pay increases and reaches a limit after the reward reaches its maximum. Exceeding this limit, remuneration decreases with the increase of input. The law has an important impact on urbanization.
