摘要
研究了并联电容器在真空灭弧室工频电压老炼中的作用,并与现有的电压老炼技术作了比较。通过在真空灭弧室的排气过程中的应用,证明了并联电容器后,不但可以使放电点非常均匀地覆盖整个触头表面,有助于触头材料表层的释气,而且迅速提高间隙耐电压强度。
Abstrac The characteristics of the spark conditioning of vacuum interrupters under power frequency voltage with a parallel capacitor are studied, and the results are also compared with those without parallel capacitor. Using parallel capacitor in the exhaustive processing of vacuum interrupter production, it had been proved that this method not only made breakdown points cover entire electrode surface and release of gas contained in the material, but also raised the withstand voltage of vacuum gap rapidly, and greatly reduced the spark conditioning time.
