摘要
研究了环境温度、硅橡胶的分子量、交联程度和涂层厚度等因素对憎水迁移特性的影响并对憎水性迁移机理问题进行了讨论。对目前较为流行的小分子硅氧烷迁移机理的假说进行了实验验证,气相色谱、裂解色谱以及红外谱图的分析结果不支持小分子硅氧烷迁移机理的假说。
The room temperature vulcanized (RTV) silicone rubber coating on the surface of insulator can incrcase the flashover voltage of insulators due to the migration of hydrophobicity of RTV coating. The effect of some factors, such as temperature, molecular weight of silicone rubber, cross linking degree on migration of hydrophobicity has been stuided. The mechanism of hydrophobicity migration has also been investigated by means of some modern analysis techniques, such as scanning electron microscopy, gas chromatography, infrared spectroscopy, and the results do not support the hypothesis of small molecular migration to coating surface.
