摘要
为了研究环口板加强对T型圆钢管节点滞回性能的影响,分别对一个未加强T型和一个环口板加强型T型圆钢节点进行了循环荷载的拟静力试验研究。试件测试结果表明:由于环口板增加了主管在焊接部位的刚度,改变了管节点的破坏方式,将未加强管节点的焊缝周围破坏转移到环口板周围破坏。基于试验测试得到的两个试件的滞回曲线,发现采用环口板加强的T型圆钢管节点的滞回曲线更加饱满,滞回环包围的面积明显大于未加强的T型圆管节点,说明加强后的圆钢管节点能够更好地抵抗动力荷载。此外,还进行了试件的延性比和能量耗散比分析,发现加强型管节点具有更好的延性。
In order to study the hysteretic influence of Collar Plate Reinforcement on the Circular Tubular T- joints, one un-reinforced circular tubular t-joints and one circular tubular T-joints with collar plate reinforce- ment were respectively investigated under quasi-static cyclic loading. The experimental results show that the failure mode is changed and the failure position is changed from weld periphery to collar plate periphery due to the reinforcement of the collar plate. Based on the hysteretic loops obtained from the experimental test, it is found that the hysteretic loop of the reinforced specimen is fuller and the enclosed area of the reinforced specimen is clearly bigger than that of the un-reinforced one. This means the reinforced specimen resists dynamic loading better. Moreover, the ductility ratio and the energy dissipation of the two specimens are analyzed, and the reinforced specimen has better ductility.
