摘要
介绍了河北南部电网的特点，探讨了经济调度利益的协调原则及其软件的实现。提出了实施经济调度方案中的负荷预计和供电计划、发电调度计划、调度的执行、考核与结算的方法。并总结了开展经济调度的必要性和应具备的条件：首先要从思想上转变观念，树立市场经济意识；其次要注意经济调度要以保证电网安全稳定运行为前提，做到“公开、公平、公正”；最后还要有相应的技术支持系统。
This Paper introduces the features of Sorthern Hebei Electric Network,and addresses to the benefits coordination criterion for economical dispatching and its fulfillment with software. For the economical dispatch scheme,it proposes the load prediction, power supply plan,generation dispatching plan,dispatching execution, assessment and account settling method. The author summarizes the necessity and the conditions needed for economical dispatching. First of all,the consciousness of marketoriented economy must be built up in mind. Secondly,the safety and stable operation is the prerequisite to the economical dispatching which must be performed in an “open,fair,and justice”manner. Finally,it should have a related technical supports system.
