摘要
加强学风建设，创建优良学风既是学校改革发展的重要内容，也是维护学校稳定的重要保证．事关高校自身建设和发展。文章从分析我院学风存在的问题入手，深入探讨我院学风存在诸多问题的主要原因，认为学院应该坚持“以学生为本”，加强学校学风建设，并在此基础上提出作者的一些意见和建议。
To enhance the construction of school tradition has long been an important topic for the renovation and development of a school, which is also a guarantee for the stability of a school. This thesis discusses the existing problems in the tradition of our school and then probes into its reasons, holding that our school should insist on the thought of ＂students foremost＂ to enhance the construction of school tradition and lastly gives the author＇s suggestions.
