摘要
革命战争年代中国共产党率领广大人民群众进行了广泛而深入的政治参与,探索出了许多政治参与的新形式,积累了不少宝贵的经验。尤其是在抗战时期,不仅实行了普选制和竞选制,而且还实行参议会制和"三三制";不仅通过完善法律制度来保障群众的民主政治权利,而且还对广大人民群众进行大力的政治宣传和教育,以提高其政治文化素质。
During the revolutionary war,the Chinese Communist Party led a wide range of masses to conduct in-depth political participation,explored a number of new forms of political participation and accumulated a lot of valuable experiences. Especially in the Anti-Japanese War,not only were the general election system and campaigning system implemented,but also the parliamentary participation and the ＂tripartite system＂ were implemented; not only were people＇s democratic rights protected by improving the legal system,but also vigorous political publicity and education were conducted for the broad masses of people to enhance their political and cultural qualities.
