摘要
企业是"嵌入"社会之中的,在消耗社会资源的同时应该积极承担社会责任,做一个"好公民"。在回顾企业社会责任CSR发展和会计应对的基础上,分析了CSR与会计的相关性,并提出了CSR与传统会计整合的基本思路和内容,构建强化CSR的会计管理新模式。企业要以社会价值重新定位其发展战略,以社会责任再造其会计过程、会计控制和会计评价,重塑体现CSR意识的会计文化,并最终提升企业的会计业绩。
Being embedded in society and consuming social resources,enterprises should actively assume social responsibilities and be ＇a good citizen＇. Based on the review of CSR development and related accounting solution,this paper systematically analyses the relevance between CSR and accounting,puts forward essential thinking and content to integrate both of them,tries to construct a new accounting management pattern with reinforcement of CSR.
