摘要
目的观察腹泻效灵汤加减治疗小儿腹泻的临床疗效。方法将2007年3月至2009年10月间收治的婴幼儿腹泻患者130例,随机分为治疗组66例,对照组64例。对照组给予西医常规治疗,治疗组在常规治疗的基础上加用中药腹泻效灵汤口服。结果治疗组总有效率明显高于对照组,两组比较差异有统计意义(P<0.05)。结论腹泻效灵汤结合西药治疗婴幼儿腹泻能够迅速缓解呕吐、腹痛、腹泻等症状,缩短病程,且无不良反应,值得临床推广。
Objective To observe the clinical curative effects of Fuxie Xiaoling Decoction in treating children diarrhea. Methods 130 cases of children diarrhea who selected March 2007 to October 2009 divided into treatment group （66 cases） and control group （64 cases）. The control group was treated Western medical routine treatment, the treatment group was added Fuxie Xiaoling Decoction. Results The total effect rates in the treatment group was obviously higher than that in the control group, there was different in 2 groups （P 〈 0.05 ）. Conclusion Fuxie Xiaoling Decoction combine with Western medicine can quickly alleviate clinical symptoms such as vomiting, abdominalgia, diarrhea, shorten course and has no side effect, be worth spreading in clinic.
