摘要
目的:比较肛周脓肿切开术后银离子敷料(AquacelAg)与凡士林油纱填塞术腔的疗效,用于指导临床护理工作。方法:74例患肛周脓肿患儿在肛周脓肿局部切开引流术后第2天按序号分为两组,实验组应用银离子敷料填塞术腔,对照组应用凡士林油纱传统方法填塞术腔。观察两组患儿的出血量、切口感染情况,比较切口愈合时间及治愈率。结果:填塞期出血量和术后切口感染情况比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);但实验组比对照组切口愈合时间短、治愈率高(P<0.05)。结论:银离子敷料有利于肛周脓肿术后的伤口的愈合,减少换药次数,减轻了患儿的痛苦。
Objective：For guiding the treatment of the post-operational perianal abscess,after using of dressing contains silver ions（AquacelAg） and another with Vaseline,the clinical effect were compared.Methods：In the experiment group,using dressing contains silver ions stuffing into the post-operative cavity in 37 patients with perianal abscess after the treatment of incision and drainage in the abscess,another 37 patients using Vaseline dressing as a control group.And then,the blood lost volume,the incision infection rate,the healing time and the cure rate were observed.Results：There was no statistical significant in evaluation of bleeding volume and incision infection during the period of cavity stuffing（P0.05）;however,the wound healing time and cure rate were better in the experimental group（P0.05）.Conclusion：Dressing contains Silver ions could help perianal abscess wound healing and reduce the number of switches,and also reduce the suffering of children.
